Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Coffee and Christ Shop. If you come across any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

We will gladly consider unworn and unused defective or damaged merchandise for returns or exchanges within 21 days from the original shipping date.

Please contact us at info@coffeeandchristshop.com before attempting to return any products. 

To be considered for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund. We will incur a $6 handling fee on all refunds.

If your return is approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.

Lost In Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. All claims deemed an error on our part (damaged or mislabeled) will be considered for a refund.

Reshipment:

Please be sure to double check the address you enter for shipping before submitting an order. If an incorrect address, or address deemed insufficient by the courier, is submitted, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Reshipment costs will be requested once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Shipments that go unclaimed, or are returned to our facility, will also incur an additional fee for reshipment. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sizes and Measurements:

Please be sure to double check sizes and measurements on your order before submission. All product descriptions for clothing items include a size chart to help you determine the best size for you.

A good way to ensure you order the correct size is to find a best fitting similar item that you already have and measure it to compare with the size chart and determine which size would work for you. 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
