☕ Digital Products (Printables & Instant Downloads)
All digital products... printables, PDF downloads, Bible study kits, prayer cards, and devotionals... are non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned or “un-downloaded.”
Digital products are not eligible for returns or exchanges for reasons including:
- Accidental purchase
- Not realizing the product is a digital download
- Change of mind
- Difficulty printing
If a file is missing, corrupted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we will resend or correct the file.

📦 Physical Products (T-Shirts, Mugs & Shipped Items)
We gladly consider unworn and unused defective or merchandise that arrived damaged from the supplier for returns or exchanges within 21 days of the original shipping date.
Please contact us at info@coffeeandchristshop.com before attempting to return any products.
To be considered for a return:
- The item must be unworn/unused
- It must be in the same condition as received
We charge a $6 handling fee on all approved refunds for physical products.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Sizes & Measurements
Because apparel is printed to order, returns for wrong size, fit, or preference are generally not accepted unless there was an error on our part.
Please carefully review the size chart included with each clothing item. For best accuracy, measure a well-fitting similar garment and compare it to the chart.
🔄 Lost In Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Errors on our part (damaged or mislabeled items) will be considered for a refund.
📮 Reshipment
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If an incorrect or insufficient address is submitted, the shipment may be returned to our facility. Reshipment costs will be requested once a correct address is confirmed.
Unclaimed or undeliverable shipments returned to our facility will also incur an additional reshipment fee.
If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
❌ Order Cancellations
Digital products: Cannot be canceled once the download link has been sent.
Physical products: May be cancelable within a brief window. Contact us as soon as possible.
💳 Payment Processing Fees
Payment processors typically do not refund transaction fees. If a refund is approved, this fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.
