How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee varies from product to product. At times, there will be discounts and special promos. Check on the particular product for the shipping fee and always be updated with our promos and discounts on our various social media outlets.

When will my order arrive?

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:  

USA: 3-​4 business days  

International: 5-15 business days

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Because our items are custom made on demand (according to size, color and graphics chosen) immediately after an order is submitted, we are not able to process order cancellations.
